Southern California in January is amazing, where else can you sail, surf, skateboard and ski the same day. Temps have been in the 70's and 80's recently and we've had some amazing sunsets, this picture was taken in Laguna Beach 3 days ago. Real estate prices are affordable, interest rates are low-OH! and the weather is condusive for home shopping. Get out there and enjoy.
